Operational role, wherein the workflow is managed through problem solving and decision making - so as to meet the targets in terms of output, timeliness, cost, and quality
b) A
Communication role, whereby the supervisor serves as a two-way conduit between the management and the frontline employees.
c) A
Supportive role, wherein the team members are encouraged and motivated to do their best.
